Broadview Mews Condos were developed by Riverwood Partners, LLC, and they are affiliated with the Klingbeil Company, whose roots go back to 1959, when they developed their first multi-family homes in Columbus, OH. Its mission is to, “..strive to create communities that fully integrate into their surroundings and emphasize outstanding in-fill locations that enable the utilization of existing infrastructure and amenities”, according to its website. The Broadview Mews features nine distinct floor plans ranging from 1490 square feet to 2310 square feet of livable area. All of the townhomes are three floors, with many of them having two-car garages. The brick driveways and old Grandview design do allow the condos to do a nice job of blending in with their surroundings, while still maintaining a flavor of genuine urban living.
